Popular Arts Museum (El Centro Interamericano de Artesanías y Artes Populares)
This small museum is dedicated to displaying the popular crafts of the Americas and exhibits include textiles, ceramics and carvings. Admission is free and the museum can be found at Hermano Miguel 3-23 and Calle Larga in La Escalinita.
Cuenca Museum of Modern Art (Museo Municipal de Arte Moderno)
Located on the Plaza San Sebastián, just west of the center, this museum features a permanent collection of sculptures and contemporary paintings. The buildings have been recently restored and surround lovely garden and courtyard areas.
Iglesia Todos Los Santos The oldest church in Cuenca can be found at the corner of Calle Larga and Bajada de Todos Los Santos. Currently undergoing renovations, the chuch is home to the statue of Santa Ana, patroness of the city of Cuenca.
Central Park
The perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon in Cuenca and enjoy the beautiful flowers and trees. Two churches surround the park and are very popular with tourists, La Inmaculada and El Sagrario.
